How does the catering work?

We arrive between 1.5 – 2 hours before we start serving.  We set up, we begin cooking, we serve your guests, we clean up and you are free to mingle and enjoy your party! To keep in the spirit of true Street Vending, your guests will place their order at the cart and will get it served hot off the grill.

What areas do you serve?

We are headquartered in the Rochester, NY area, and serve the surrounding counties including Livingston, Wayne, Ontario, Seneca, and Genesee.  We will also travel to Buffalo or Syracuse (although an additional travel charge will be applied).

Question 3

How long do you serve the food?

It works just like an open bar at a reception – they can come up to the cart and order what they want as many times as they want throughout the serving period. We serve between 2-3 hours, depending on the size of the party.  As a general rule, a party or event with 75-125 people will serve for 2 hours.  A party with 125-200 will generally serve your requests for 2.5 – 3 hours.

What food do you serve?

It depends on the package you have chosen.  There are three packages to choose from.  If you have an additional request or any questions call Jon at 585-350-5539.  If we can do it — we will!

Do you bring the paper goods?

Paper goods and cutlery are provided when side salads are purchased.

How do I secure a date?

Accepted Answer

A $100.00 security deposit (non-refundable) to save your date is due upon booking your event.  The balance will be collected when we arrive to set up. We accept Cash, Check or Credit Card.
